"The notify me when a sold out item…"
The notify me when a sold out item returns to stock is a great feature. I wanted to buy my boyfriend a jacket and it was sold out, I got an email 3 days later to tell me it is back in stock. I ordered it and the following day it was sold out again so this feature really helped me out.

"Best Customer Service"
They have the best jackets. I simply love their collection. Always eager to buy from here. This is my favorite place for shopping. This brand is worth of it's price. Their online service is great.

I cannot get a refund for returned items...made several phone calls to customer services ...rl make it so complicated....and they cannot answer my questions....is this a scam i am wondering...i am owed over £100....how can i get it back?

“I wrote a letter following their directions exactly and they sent back my item and said they couldn't find my account even though I explicitly said the item was a gift. I would never order from them and hope I never receive a gift from them again. I don't think it's a a scam I just think they suck. Try the BBB and/or the International Trade Commission. I just gave my stupid scarf to Goodwill.”
