"Changing my order was actually easy"
I ordered and then immediately realized I’d picked the wrong size. Usually I don’t trust all the “easy changes” stuff companies put in their polished help pages, because half the time it turns into a support ticket nightmare. But this time I was able to update the size before it shipped without canceling the whole order or chasing customer service. Relieved the option was actually there and worked like it was supposed to.

I ordered a sweater from ralphlauren.com for my sister’s birthday and decided to add the gift packaging. When it arrived, I actually paused for a second because the box, tissue paper, and whole presentation looked so clean and put together. It reminded me of when we were kids and she’d get excited over wrapping before even knowing what was inside.

She seriously smiled before opening it, which made the whole moment feel sweeter. The shipping box protected everything well, so nothing looked crushed or messy. It was a small detail, but it made the gift feel more thoughtful, and I’d definitely choose the gift packaging again

The quality is nice and it holds up well, so I don’t regret buying it. That said, the full price feels a bit steep to me. I usually only grab it when there’s a sale, and then it feels worth it. I ordered a shirt from ralphlauren.com and chose store pickup, and overall it went smoothly. It was ready the next day like they said, and the staff found my order quickly once I got there. I do wish there had been a little more communication or clearer pickup instructions, but it wasn’t a big deal. The process was simple enough, and I’d probably use store pickup again.

I ordered a shirt and it showed up with the proper tags and packaging and all that. Looks authentic to me, feels like the real Ralph Lauren. Shipping was kinda slow tho, but other then that I’m happy with it

I’ve had a good experience shopping on ralphlauren.com. The selection is definitely one of the best parts, shirts, polos, jackets, kids’ items, and plenty of colors are usually easy to browse through without much hassle.
The only downside is that the popular sizes can disappear quickly, especially when it’s one of the better colors or styles. Still, the site is easy to use and I usually find something I like, so overall it’s a solid place to shop.

I ordered a polo from ralphlauren.com and was a little nervous about the color, since clothes can look totally different online sometimes. i mean, I’ve ordered from ralphlauren.com a few times now and they actually had the colors and sizes I wanted, which doesn’t always happen on other sites. Checkout was simple too, so I was happy I didn’t have to keep checking back for restocks.

“I wrote a letter following their directions exactly and they sent back my item and said they couldn't find my account even though I explicitly said the item was a gift. I would never order from them and hope I never receive a gift from them again. I don't think it's a a scam I just think they suck. Try the BBB and/or the International Trade Commission. I just gave my stupid scarf to Goodwill.”
